should an illegally parked vehicle be identified, a home office approved wheel clamp and warning sticker will be issued. The warning sticker will explain the parking offense and provide VJC contact details for release. Once the control centre receives a request from the offender, our nearest patrol unit will attend the site to de-clamp the vehicle.
