Ticketing
Ticketing is a softer alternative to Wheel Clamping but is still an effective deterrent to unauthorised parking. It is less confrontational and contentious than clamping.

VJC signage is designed to give a clear warning of the parking restrictions in place. The lettering is bold and the text very legible. The sign represents a contractual statement, such as any vehicle parking on the property is effectively agreeing to the terms and conditions set out within the signage displayed
Vehicles therefore parked in contravention of the conditions will be accordingly issued with a Civil Penalty Notice (CPN).
Once a ticket is issued, it is the responsibility of the driver / keeper to forward payment to our head office within the time specified. If payment is not received, we will then retrieve the vehicle keeper details from the DVLA and forward a payment reminder to the registered keeper. Should payment not be received, we then instruct our legal department to recover those outstanding debts. If payment is still not forthcoming, then the contractual agreement entered into when parking on the property is enforceable in the civil courts. As a last resort this final step will be taken in order to recover outstanding debts.
